GREAT LAKES POWER SERVICE provides a variety of on-site services including management and preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

Our Management Services include on-site-service shop management of rolling stock for organizations utilizing Material Handling equipment in their operations. This includes fork lifts, man lifts, personnel transporters, walkie stackers, pallet jacks, narrow isle order pickers, sideloaders, skid-steer loaders, conveyors, AGV's, rough terrain cranes and the like . After a thorough plant survey, we develop a mutually beneficial agreement, which includes a guaranteed cost saving.

Our Preventative Maintenance (Time Driven) Programs are designed to serve the Material Handling industry. Multiple levels of service are available allowing the customer to choose the depth of involvement best suited for their individual needs.

Our Predictive Maintenance (Condition Driven) Programs are designed around the industries we serve.  A wide variety of Predictive Maintenance methods are available including Oil Sampling and Analysis, Vibration Analysis and Thermography (Infrared Mapping). Also included is non-destructive testing and metallurgical (finite analysis) identification. Programs are custom designed to suit individual needs.
